Concept to Design

Through concurrent engineering, we work closely with our customers on first run designs for manufacturability.  This ensures we produce the highest levels of quality, reliability, and performance, while minimizing production costs.

With concurrent engineering feedback to our customer, our engineering team evaluates a number of variables, including the following:

  • Suitability to application
  • Lifecycle requirements
  • Operating conditions
  • Spatial concerns
  • Stress limitations
  • Tooth configuration
  • Tolerance studies
  • Manufacturability
  • Customer goals.

We can use SolidWorks, MasterCam, AutoCad or any solid model file you can send us to engineer and program all of our CNC equipment, from lathes, mills, EDM, grinders and CMMs.
