Engineering

Every job starts in our engineering department. Our experienced engineering team uses their learned knowledge of manufacturing techniques to accurately process your work to completion.

Working from prints or solid models, we digest your information into a cohesive set of manufacturing instructions in order maintain strict quality standards throughout the manufacturing process and to ensure your part meets all of your requirements.

Depending on your preferences, we can use SolidWorks, MasterCam, AutoCad or any solid model file you can send us to engineer and program all of our CNC equipment, from lathes, mills, EDM, grinders and CMMs.

In many cases we use our on-site 3-D printer to render models used for tooling design and conceptual visualization.

In addition to the engineering services we automatically provide for each job, we also provide complete process engineering services.

Through concurrent engineering, we work closely with our customers on first run designs for manufacturability.  This ensures we produce the highest levels of quality, reliability, and performance, while minimizing production costs.

Customers call on us to reverse engineer parts for reasons such as evaluating and improving on a design, because replacement parts are unavailable, or because lead time/pricing for obtaining replacements are unacceptable.
