Job Summary:

• This position focuses on management of product, production and schedule of product, management and maintenance of customer relationships, maintenance of internal and external databases, and generation and maintenance of relevant reports. Duties include:
  • Management of designated customer relationships
  • Collaboration with all company departments to ensure that the production schedule is correct for designated products, and to facilitate resolution of scheduling issues related to production
  • Maintenance of customer scheduling portals
  • Participation in internal and external meetings, occasionally requiring travel

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively in person, via phone, and via email
• Strong ability to operate a PC for work processing, database access, report generation and email communication
• Ability to respond quickly to and manage changes related to product, production schedule, and customer needs
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and understanding of other Microsoft products (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
• Must be able to lift and move 40lbs
• Ability to comfortably work in a fast-paced environment

Education:        High school diploma; Previous experience in a sales / commuication / production control role in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not a prerequisite
Experience:       We will train the right individual
